OUR HISTORY

  • The Federation of Educational Publishers in India formally came into existence through the concerted efforts of some of the highly spirited Educational Publishers who formed its governing body at the time of its registration under Section 2 of the Societies Registration Act, XXI of 1860, as applicable to the National Capital Territory of DELHI, on the 14th day of December, 1987.
  • At the time of registration, the Federation had 28 members on its rolls and 13 Associations of Booksellers & Publishers from various states of the country affiliated to the Federation.
  • Thus, the Federation within a short span of 22 years has grown up by leaps and bounds and shall continue to grow in strength till we succeed in bringing all the Educational Publishers of the country within its fraternity
